T.I.'s Baby Mama Takes Him Back To Court...

Rapper T.I. was headed back to court yesterday to face off with the mother of two of his six children, Lashon Dixon.

“My children are still the number one thing,” said T.I. after a Tuesday court hearing. “They’re the most important thing in my life and they are what I work for.”

“Basketball camp, acting lessons., anything,” said T.I.’s lawyer John Mayoue.

But T.I.’s ex-girlfriend insists their seven and eight-year-old deserve more. Lawyers for the multi-million dollar artist say T.I. now pays more than $6,000 a month in child support for private schools, tutors, and medical insurance for the children he fathered with Dixon. T.I.’s ex wants as much as $10,000 a month. She says the children T.I. fathered with other women,the ones that live with him (she's speaking of his fiance', Tiny's 2 children with T.I.) enjoy a much more lavish life style, and LaShon Dixon says that should be fixed.

“So it’s not so uneven and noticable between the children,” LaShon testified. “Not so noticable that it’s different.”

T.I. says that he would like to have all six of his children live with him so they can all share in his musical success daily.

“We don’t live together and have not in ten years,” T.I. testified at the hearing “That’s something we both have to grab ahold of.

“I think the children’s different standard of living with her is due to her lifestyle that she has provided for herself,” said T.I.

Judge Tipton Lane has not yet made a ruling in the case - Let's hope he rules in T.I.'s favor. If she wants to live the same lifestyle as her baby daddy, maybe she should get a JOB!

T.I celebrated his birthday this weekend @ The Biltmore Hotel in Atlanta, GA with his main chick, Tiny and other celeb friends.

T.I Ordered By Courts To Pay MORE Child Support...

ATLANTA — A judge on Tuesday ordered rapper T.I. to pay more child support to the mother of two of his children after she claimed he wasn't providing enough money.
Superior Court Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane told the two-time Grammy winner, whose real name is Clifford Harris, to pay just over $3,000 a month to LaShon Dixon. He had been paying about $2,000 per month.

The judge also said the 27-year-old performer must continue to pay for the boys to attend private school, uninsured medical bills and expenses related to the children's extracurricular activities.
Tipton Lane also awarded the couple on Tuesday joint custody of the boys, ages 7 and 8. Dixon, 28, was granted primary physical custody. The children previously spent about 40 percent of their time with the rapper.
Dixon's attorney, Randy Kessler, said his client is still unsatisfied with the amount the judge ordered T.I. to pay but is happy to receive more child support.
"Every little bit helps," Kessler said. "She was just getting by with the children, while they lived a different life with their father. It can't be complete opposites on the other side."
An e-mail to one of T.I.'s lawyers was not immediately returned Tuesday.
He also has two sons with his fiancee, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, of the defunct R&B group Xscape, and a daughter from a previous relationship.

T.I Speaks On His Child Support Case...

T.I. clarifies his child support situation:

"A lot of deceiving information has been reported regarding my recent child support proceeding. It is unfortunate that the media has been used to manipulate the circumstances and distort the facts.To clarify the recent reports, in addition to the $2000 per month I pay in cash to Lashon Dixon, the mother of my two sons Domani and Messiah, I also pay for their private schooling, medical insurance, clothing, food, gifts, birthdays and extracurricular activities. Their extra-curricular activities have included football, basketball, baseball, acting lessons, summer camp, and any other activities that they express a desire to be involved in that will contribute to them leading balanced lives and developing into well rounded individuals. I have also made an attempt to help Lashon with additional payments that have included a down payment to purchase her home, purchase of an automobile for her transportation and other financial obligations. These expenses are documented and are far in excess of the $2000 cash payment that is being paid direct to Lashon. She has chosen not to work and to live 100% from her child support receipts. This is the reason for her difficulties in making ends meet for herself."

She needs to be shame, now she gone get LESS for just taking him to court. She better get a JOB!!!! I'm glad T.I. is one to take care of his children!

The VMA's was ALRIGHT... Yep, just alright! It wasn't all what I expected it to be. Rihanna tore up the stage, Kanye was different. His performance was different, nothing that we are used to seeing from him, T.I did great with his performance with Rihanna also. And lets talk BRITNEY SPEARS. Homegirl is making a comeback. She didn't perform, but she walked away with all 3 awards that she was nominated for. GO BRIT BRIT! I'm glad to see she is getting it together. She looked great too! Pink, and Christina Aguilara did their thing too. I WAS expecting to see Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, Keyshia Cole, Jigga(Jay-Z), Day 26. But for the most part, it was a good show!
