Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler were divorced a year ago after separating in 2006, but have decided to give marriage another go. After Barker survived a South Carolina plane crash last September, he and Moakler reconciled. Moakler reportedly told Us Weekly:

"We would like to renew our vows and have another wedding. It's not so much about the wedding but about having a celebration of each other and getting through all the crazy things we've been through. When you almost lose a loved one, it makes you appreciate things you took for granted."

JLo and Marc Anthony are suing Sliver Cross stroller company for using a photograph of them with their kids Max and Emme in their strollers. According to court documents, Silver Cross used the photograph online as well as in ads without their consent and without any compensation. J. Lo and Company say that the ads are misleading because they suggest that “Lopez and Anthony endorse and sponsor” the product.

As for the damage, Jennifer and Marc are seeking $5 million in damages as well as a permanent injunction that the company can never use their images or names.
