Rihanna & Jay-Z was spotted at the Spirit of Life Award Dinner in California. We haven't seen her out and about in awhile. Homegirl looked great, as usual! Sanaa Lathan was out and about in LA at the Palladium Reopening where Jay-Z did a surprise performance.
