Sasha and Malia finally have there puppy! A six-month old Portuguese water dog, Bo, was a gift from Senator Ted Kennedy and and his wife Victoria. CUTE!!!

Why Did George Clooney Miss 'The Oscars'?

So the reason George Clooney missed "The Oscars" is because he had a meeting with President Obama. He appeared Monday on CNN’s "Larry King Live" and spoke of his visit earlier that morning with Obama to discuss the humanitarian crisis in Sudan’s Darfur region.
He told the president of his visit to camps in Chad where 250,000 refugees live, but he downplayed the risks he took to witness the suffering first-hand.

"I don’t think people should be going there and coming back and saying how it affected them," Clooney told King via satellite from the White House lawn. "I think somehow we should all know that these people are hanging on by the skin of their teeth."

George asked the president to appoint a full-time regional envoy who reports directly to the White House, and to ask China to set aside its business interests in the region and pressure Sudan to prevent atrocities.

NY Post Compares President Obama To A Chimp!!!!

Racist or not????

The New York Post published a cartoon that compared President Barack Obama to the crazed chimpanzee who mauled a woman in Connecticut earlier this week. Apparently unhappy with Obama's stimulus bill, cartoonist Sean Delonas drew a cartoon featuring two policemen standing over a chimpanzee they had just shot and killed as one says "I guess they'll have to find someone else to write the next stimulus bill."

One could draw a few conclusions from the cartoon. Here are a few possible lines of thought:
1. The stimulus package is so dumb it could have been written by a crazed chimpanzee.
2. Barack Obama is no smarter than a crazed chimpanzee, as is evidenced by his stimulus package.
3. Barack Obama is a crazed chimpanzee.

The President and 1st Lady danced their first dance with Beyonce' singing Etta James song At Last! How fitting that song was. It was so beautiful to watch the two of them and our President has SOUL! hahaha It literally brought tears to my eyes watching them.
