Cut-Out Booties... Booties have been trendy for a few seasons already and this spring designers found a way to extend the life of booties by cutting away parts of them. They can be open-toed, with cut-away sides or cut-out heels. No matter what they are like they will be very popular. This is the trend I am LOVING right now!!
