British designer Matthew Williamson is the latest high-end designer to make a line for H&M, due to hit stores April 23, with a second round debuting May 14. There's even a fitted, cropped, electric blue suit that looks exactly like the one worn by Heidi Klum for the season 6 finale of Project Runway.
