50 Cent In Court Again

50 Cent’s ex Shaniqua who also happens to be the mother of their ten year old son Marquis, has initiated court action stating that he’s trying to evict them from their Long Island New York home.
Her court papers were filed in Manhattan, and she alleges breach of contract, claiming he had promised to buy a $2.4 million Dix Hills house for her and their child, Marquis Jackson, but instead listed the house in his name only.
She lived with him for 4 years until their breakup in 2001. She had gone to court a few months back asking for an increase in child support payments, asking for $50,000 only to have the judge’s ruling in February lower the monthly amount down to $6,700.
Supposedly she and her extended family which includes a new lover, are all living in the Long Island house which 50 Cent is also paying for. No wonder he wants them all out!
